Job Description

Overview

Work Arrangement:

***After the initial training period this is a hybrid role working onsite in our Sioux Falls SD office.***

Leads and supports managing the Banks of assigned remedial projects to ensure instances of noncompliance are corrected and action steps are adhered to. Performs account level analysis during the project workflow and validation of restitution payments are processed in accordance with the Banks guidelines. Leads and assists management in overseeing the Banks ThirdParty training program.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  1. Leads and executes assigned remedial projects and planning using independent judgement.
  2. Performs account level analysis and file validation during remediation projects.
  3. Confirms appropriate methodology corrective action steps and restitution payments are calculated and processed.
  4. Tracks and records project milestones and provides weekly progress updates.
  5. Creates and delivers remediation reporting to Line of Businesses and Leadership.
  6. Facilitates Service Provider sessions and training where applicable.
  7. Assists Management in Exam and Audit deliverables.
  8. Provides guidance to business lines and partners on remediation matters.
  9. Plans organizes and prioritizes assigned deliverables.
  10. Acts as the subject matter expert in rules regulations and supervisory guidance as it relates to the Fintech Solutions.
  11. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 5 years of bank regulatory compliance or audit experience.

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of consumer banking laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Project Management skills.
