On a typical day you will:
Connect with clients in with respect to their portfolio to collect payroll data;
Produce payroll according to client expectations and current payroll legislation;
Plan and prioritize work to meet service levels and client expectations;
Provide onetime support to the client during payroll input;
Follow department policies and procedures;
Work closely with resources in other pay areas;
Meet quality standards.
High school diploma;
1 year fulltime experience or 2 years parttime experience
Excellent client service skills;
Ability to work under pressure while respecting timelines and with a positive attitude;
Demonstrate versatility and autonomy;
Confidentiality and thoroughness;
Demonstrate partnership skills;
High sense of organization and priorities;
Knowledge of accounting principles (an asset);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
