Deputy Home Manager Childrens Residential Home
Salary: Up to 40000 Bonus Scheme
Hours: Fulltime 40 hours per week

The Deputy Home Manager will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the daytoday running of the home. This is an opportunity to shape young lives lead a passionate team and uphold the highest standards of care and compliance.
What Were Looking For
- At least 3 years experience working in a childrens residential setting.
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in an Ofstedregulated childrens home with a track record of achieving high inspection outcomes.
- A strong understanding of the challenges and needs of children in residential care.
- A compassionate resilient and motivated leader.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the leadership and management of the home ensuring a warm and supportive environment for children and young people.
- Support the Registered Manager in achieving Good or Outstanding ratings in Ofsted inspections.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
- Provide guidance supervision and training to staff fostering a culture of growth and professional development.
- Build strong relationships with young people their families and external professionals.
- Support in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
