About the service:
The Medicare Mental Health Services are free and you do not need an appointment referral or Medicare card to visit a Medicare Mental Health Centre. The new services in Launceston Devonport Burnie and Outer Hobart are cofunded by the Australian and Tasmanian Governments to provide a streamlined approach to support better mental health and social wellbeing across the country.
The service is tailored to the needs of the community in Tasmania and provides a combination of peerled recovery and clinical support.
