Duties & Responsibilities
Role Overview: The Area Sales Manager plays a crucial role in implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. This position involves signing up new hardware merchant partners developing existing relationships and motivating credit champions to drive credit sales. Operational activities include identifying prospects optimizing sales and utilizing data for strategic decisionmaking. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new hardware merchant partners for our clients credit solutions.
Optimize credit sales of existing merchants through proactive engagement with store owners and credit champions.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Utilize data reports and dashboards to identify opportunities and challenges taking appropriate action.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management preferably in a financial services or related industry.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Ability to execute strategies at both tactical and detailed levels.
Willingness to travel extensively within the allocated area/region.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field (preferred).
