Posting Summary
Provide first response service for all building/utilities trades equipment and systems (i.e. emergency calls and service calls); provide assessment of situation; provide repairs or contact appropriate personnel if situation mandates licensed repairs. Perform preventative maintenance service for all building trades. Access information utilizing appropriate computer software programs. Promote a work place that encourages safety within the shop and in the field. Operate University vehicle. Reports to a Utilities Trades Supervisor/Zone Manager and actively engages in learning and practicing principles of social justice and inclusion environmental sustainability and delivering great customer experience.
