RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the development of processes or procedures as needed. Collaborate with the Government to resolve functional or technical work problems not covered by procedures or policies to support matters that may affect operations.
Provide daytoday operations support for staff comprised with military civilian public health service and contract support personnel.
Liaises with program management offices and branches supports communication efforts internally / externally.
Track progress of initiatives through the development of submitted work plans.
Gather investigate research analyze and act on information affecting intradepartmental or interdepartmental operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
Organizes directs and manages contract operation support functions involving multiple complex and interrelated project tasks.
Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in any related field.
