Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecaller for a fulltime position located in Tiruchirappalli. This role is ideally suited for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing telephonic communications and supporting customer relationship management efforts to drive lead generation and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Experience in objection handling to address customer concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications commonly used for telecalling operations and customer management.
