Job Description

Developingmanaging and be one point of contact for existing alliance partners enterpriseand Tier 1 & 2 sales channels

Monitoringand executing programs to manage channel health across Tier 1 2 & 3 partners.

Setting up managingand developing sales networks / business partners and establishing them asProfit Center through utilization of effective business improvement tools

Strategizing& managing channel training and retraining programs on products soft andselling skills

Setting upmechanisms to monitor and fine tune program delivery towards maximum efficacy.

Work withmarketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to newprospects.

Proactivelyassesses clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.

Sellsthrough partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner salesresources.

Close dealsand supervise deployments until invoicing and collection is completed.




Requirements


Sales andBusiness Development

Identifyingand networking with channel partners with expertise to spearhead; negotiate& close strategic alliances business & commercial arrangements.

Leadingmarket development activities & devising the market strategy for potentialproduct groups for penetration of unexplored market segments exhibiting astrong latent demand.

Drivingsales efforts for market development activities by identifying appointing& streamlining direct sales channels & channel partners to enhancemarket reach & coverage.

Identifyingvertical segments for escalating business volumes; Tapping areas of growth identifyingand pursuing new market opportunities & customer groups & proposing newprojects to the management.

Identifyingand engaging with prospective clients generating incremental revenues from theexisting accounts


Team Management:

Defining sales target

Overseeing sales force on aday to day basis through Daily Sales Reports and crossverifying reports

Work closely with the presalesand delivery teams to support sales activities.

Inspires team members tocontinuously drive process/product improvements

Responsible for strategic operation functionsof the team.

Contribute to the personal development of allExecutives through excellent leadership performance review and settingeducational objectives
