Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in recruitment preferably within a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- Proven ability to multitask prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in recruitment data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
