We are looking for a dynamic and detailoriented Account Executive (Fresher) to join our accounting team at Unit 2. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in accounting within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Accounting Tasks:
- Manage and record daily financial transactions.
- Assist in creating invoices purchase orders and payment entries.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry and bookkeeping.
- Banking & Reconciliation:
- Handle routine banking activities such as deposits and withdrawals.
- Conduct bank reconciliations regularly.
- Statutory Compliance & Documentation:
- Support GST TDS and other statutory filings.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Inventory & Cost Management Support:
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock and cost records.
- Verify material inflow/outflow for proper financial reporting.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Work closely with senior accounts personnel to support audits and budget analysis.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Tally) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word).
- Other Skills: Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
