ChickfilA Cheltenham is seeking business professionals & developed leaders to support the business by communicating tracking training and coaching all team members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Training Lead must exhibit and teach passionate friendly and genuine customer service. The Training Lead must become a professional in each position to demonstrate the ChickfilA way of completing every task. The Training Lead will continuously work with the team in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating a positive work culture.
The majority of this role is spent training new team members.
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY!
- Trains new team members based on training plans provided by Training Manager
- Conducts assessments & evaluations of Team Members as needed
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to Training Manager for appropriate handling
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Participates in Operations with the majority of the time spent training team members
- Serves as subject matter expert to team members for ongoing hospitality and service support
- Leads all aspects of quality guest relations ensuring that 2nd Mile Service is delivered at all times
- Complete understanding of all positions in both the front and back of the store
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Required Skills:
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
