The Jordan Design team is inspired by the Greatest of All Time and is focused on continuing to deliver product that is made and engineered to the exact specification of championship athletes. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Designer who is an exceptional storyteller with proven design excellence curiosity problemsolving tenacity and a passion for making those around them better. This role requires a dedicated leader and teammate who knows how to collaborate and translate sophisticated insights into authentic narratives while driving design solutions that elevate the future of Streetwear Offense at Jordan.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will work closely with the Design Director and Sr. Design Manager to help drive graphic strategy and vision while collaborating with multiple teams of designers developers and product managers to deliver creative work in line with the Jordan Design Ethos. From trims to print applications and cost considerations you will be challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences. This opportunity will require strong collaborative skills to meet deadlines ensure the feasibility of designs and articulate the thinking behind your work to partners.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

- Bachelors Degree in Design Graphic Design or an equivalent combination of relevant education experience and training.
- 5 years relevant work experience in Graphic Design Color Design or Product Design.
- Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
- A wellcurated portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate a strong effective methodology for research inspiration design development problemsolving process and final .
- High degree of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Expertise in translating insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
- Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple competing priorities.
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present design intent to internal and external audiences.
- Expertise in graphic applications prints processes and tools.
- Digital design acumen in Adobe CC and competency in 3D design tools is a plus.
- Ability to embrace diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity.
- A deep understanding of typography color theory brand identity and design principles.
- Passion for streetwear and streetstyle culture.
