Great news! Were currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to be based at our Mississauga Ontario office.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap based on market analysis customer feedback and competitive insights.
- Define product vision goals and success metrics.
- Prioritize features and initiatives to maximize business value and customer satisfaction.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond including market analysis requirements definition development testing and postlaunch evaluation.
- Collaborate with engineering design and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Market & Customer Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand needs and pain points.
- Define target market segments and develop user personas.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering design sales marketing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective .
- Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver on product goals.
- Product Performance & Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Generate regular reports and presentations on product performance and market trends.
- Use datadriven insights to inform product decisions and recommendations.
- Technical Understanding:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant technologies and industry standards.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into product features.
- Understand and contribute to the software and hardware development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 57 years of product management experience preferably in the Specify Industry e.g. security IoT access control etc. industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Experience with market research competitive analysis and customer feedback analysis.
- Experience with hardware and software product management is a plus.
- Ability to travel as required.
Key Competencies
- Experience with Specify Relevant Technologies e.g. cloud platforms mobile applications embedded systems etc..
- Knowledge of security standards and regulations.
- Experience working in a global company.
