Location: Northallerton North Yorkshire
Salary: 13.80 14.80 per hour
Working Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: 13.80 per hour (Standard Team Leader) / 14.80 per hour (Team Leader with OnCall Responsibilities)
Number of Sleeps Required: Sleeps required
Pay Per Sleep: 40 per sleep
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD and Trauma
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 12 months experience in a childrens residential setting or similar
Candidates should be at least 50 through their Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification
GCSE or equivalent (preferred) in English and Maths
Experience Required:
12 months of experience in a childrens residential setting or similar
Must be able to drive hold a full UK licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes

You must be committed to traumainformed care and able to work flexibly across two provisions when needed. Both provision in Northallerton.
Our client is a wellestablished provider of traumainformed residential care for children and young people in North Yorkshire. They operate homes in Northallerton and Richmond creating supportive environments for vulnerable young people to thrive.
