Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader (Childrens Residential)
Location: Northallerton North Yorkshire
Salary: 13.80 14.80 per hour
Working Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: 13.80 per hour (Standard Team Leader) / 14.80 per hour (Team Leader with OnCall Responsibilities)
Number of Sleeps Required: Sleeps required
Pay Per Sleep: 40 per sleep
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD and Trauma

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a childrens residential setting or similar

  • Candidates should be at least 50 through their Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred) in English and Maths

Experience Required:

  • 12 months of experience in a childrens residential setting or similar

  • Must be able to drive hold a full UK licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes

Employment Type: Permanent FullTime or PartTime

  • Number of Beds: 2 Bed

  • Location: Northallerton North Yorkshire

  • Type of YPs: EBD Trauma

You must be committed to traumainformed care and able to work flexibly across two provisions when needed. Both provision in Northallerton.
