Duties Include :
- Sales order handling and dispatch
- Answering and redirecting incoming telephone calls
- Helping to accurately maintain the customer database
- Opening and distributing incoming mail as required
- Ordering stationery and office supplies as required
- Helping to administer the Returns Database
- Helping to organize evaluation units to customers as required
- Receiving visitors; Arranging refreshments for company meetings and visitors
- Dealing with any filing printing copying.
