Position: Kids Club Staff
Hours: Monday Friday 2:00 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School is seeking caring and enthusiastic individuals to join our Kids Club team! Kids Club provides a safe nurturing and engaging afterschool environment for our Preschool and PreKindergarten students. This role will be responsible for supervising and interacting with children leading ageappropriate activities and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with Preschool and PreK students in a safe and supportive environment
Plan and lead fun ageappropriate activities including games arts & crafts and outdoor play
Assist children with snack time and cleanup
Foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere that supports socialemotional development
Communicate effectively with students parents and school staff
Ensure safety and wellbeing of all children by following school policies and procedures
Assist with endofday cleanup and program organization
Ability to meet and follow Archdiocesan Safe Environment training requirements and Washington state child care regulations for child care staff.

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children (ages 35 in a school or childcare setting preferred
Patience creativity and a passion for working with children
Ability to manage a small group of children in a structured yet playful environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Salary:
Ranges from $20/hour to $25/hour.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity internal salary ranges market data applicant skills and prior relevant experience degrees and certifications.

Benefits: This position is not eligible for benefits.
