Responsible for providing information systems for daily business operations for all departments.
Essential Job Functions:
- Promote and maintain a positive work environment founded on teamwork cooperation and open communication;
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all departments;
- Assist in solving nonroutine software hardware and procedures problems;
- Communicate with management users staff and GM to determine requirements for new or modified software & hardware;
- Write recommendations for upper managements review;
- Develop and oversee policies and procedures;
- Plan implement and oversee MIS budget;
- Coordinate installation of hardware & software;
- Conduct performance appraisals for staff members;
- Oversee MIS quality control;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School/GED college preferred
- 36 years experience in information technology and previous supervisor experience
- Working knowledge of Computer software and Microsoft Office programs such as excel and office
- 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.Other physical demands of this job may include but are not limited to: sitting bending lifting reaching pulling/pushing kneeling squatting and grasping; must be able to lift carry and maneuver up to 25lbs
