Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare system design that detail layout plans and specifications.
- Preparation of General Assembly drawing & Piping Layouts.
- Prepare variations of design.
- Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to prepare drawings.
- Review piping BOM (Quotation) and inquiry.
- Preparation of project bill of material in ERP.
- Prepare Offer Layout As per customer requirements by understanding their inputs.
- Should be understood & read layout input to prepare output to customer.
- Should be capable of software Solid works & AutoCAD with Assembly Detailing etc.
- Good communication between all sales branches and production team as and when required.
- Safety and regulatory requirements check as per standard documentation.
- Drawing change as per request and design review form and material specifications decide for risk analysis material infection application and functional error damage etc.
- Checked design compliance with product specifications and standards requirements.
- Provide details on system descriptions.
- Compute dimensions of materials accordingly.
Preferred candidate profile
- I.T.I Draughtsman / Diploma or BE Mechanical candidate Preferred.
- Having Knowledge about System design & Piping calculation.
- Expert in SOLID WORK 2DAUTO CAD 2D (Mandatory)
- Plastic auxiliary equipment Manufacturing industry candidates will give 1st priority.
