About the role:
The Early Intervention & Family Support (EIFS) programs work alongside parents and family carers who have children in their care to improve safety and connectedness with local community services.
The EIFS Case Manager will provide initial screening and assessment and develop with families their family case plan.They will identify barriers and provide practical inhome support for carers oversee case management activity provide parenting and trauma information for carers and specific supports for children to strengthen links to community and culture.
This is a Permanent FullTime opportunity based in Karratha WA within our Early Intervention and Family Support (EIFS) Program. The position reports to the Coordinator Pilbara Services.
