About the Opportunity:
We are seeking aSenior Project Managerto take charge ofhighrise residential projects 20 storeys) across the Lower Mainland managing them fromdesign to final delivery. This is aleadership position where you will guide a team of professionals drive project success and play a pivotal role in mentoringjunior and intermediate team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycleof highrise residential projects from preconstruction to final handover.
Develop and maintainproject schedules budgets and financial controls ensuring timely and costeffective project completion.
Oversee and managesubcontractors consultants and suppliers ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and in compliance with all regulations.
Identify and mitigateproject risks and challenges ensuring seamless project .
Maintainstrong relationships with clients consultants and key stakeholdersto ensure alignment with project goals.
Ensure strict adherence toBC Building Codes construction regulations and company quality standards.
Providementorship and leadershipto project teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
Communicateproject updates cost reports and progress trackingto senior leadership and stakeholders.
What You Bring:
10 years of experiencemanaginghighrise residential construction projects.
Proven track record overseeinghighrise projects 20 storeys) from start to finishas the lead project manager.
Bachelors degree inConstruction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a talent formotivating and managing teams.
Indepth knowledge ofBC Building Codes highrise construction regulations and best practices.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability toanticipate and resolve complex challenges.
Expertise in budget and schedule management with a focus on cost control and risk mitigation.
Establishedrelationships with local highrise residential trades and consultants.
