A interior Site supervisor with an excellent knowledge on architectural and interior designing and with proven trackrecord of creating successful designs.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations of the Site
- Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
- To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
- Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
- Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries
- Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects
- Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients consultants Contractors & Vendors.
- Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
- 2 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior Industry
- Communication in English and Hindi is Mandatory
- Candidate should be good at multitasking and Pleasant personality.
- Candidate must be selfmotivated energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
- Experience of AutoCAD and MS Office is must.
- Coordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.
