The Dome a premier 5000capacity indooroutdoor music hall in Virginia Beachs Atlantic Park is seeking hardworking and reliable Barbacks to support our bartending team and ensure seamless bar operations. This behindthescenes role is critical in maintaining efficiency keeping the bar stocked and delivering an exceptional guest experience at our highenergy venue.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $8.00. plus tips

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

• Stocking & Restocking: Keep the bar fully stocked with liquor beer wine mixers ice glassware and garnishes throughout each event.
• Bar Setup & Breakdown: Assist with preparing the bar before service replenishing supplies and cleaning the bar area at the end of shifts.
• Support Bartenders: Quickly respond to bartender requests such as fetching ingredients replacing kegs and disposing of empty bottles.
• Glassware & Trash Management: Collect and wash glassware clear empty cups from the bar area and remove trash and recycling as needed.
• Keg Handling: Safely change beer kegs and maintain draft line cleanliness to ensure highquality beverage service.
• Guest Interaction: Occasionally assist guests with basic requests such as retrieving napkins or directing them to bartenders for service.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow all venue policies health codes and responsible alcohol service guidelines to maintain a clean and safe bar environment.

• Experience: Prior barback or restaurant experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and work in a fastpaced environment is essential.
• Skills: Strong work ethic ability to multitask and a sense of urgency to keep up with highdemand events.
• Attributes: Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to lift heavy items (e.g. kegs cases of liquor).
• Certifications: Must meet any state or local alcohol service requirements if applicable.
• Availability: Must be able to work nights weekends and holidays in alignment with The Domes event schedule.
