Job Description
Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Boston MA 3 days onsite)
Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting Grand Circles Finance Team by delivering financial reports conducting indepth analyses and providing strategic insights to drive business performance. This individual will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to assess financial trends identify opportunities and risks and support decisionmaking through datadriven recommendations. A strong focus will be placed on analyzing key financial metrics including revenue profit margins cost management and operational efficiencies to optimize overall company performance.
Reporting to the Director of Finance this role will engage with senior leadership including the CFO CEO and COO to support financial planning forecasting and business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Deliver financial reporting analysis and insights to support business strategy and financial performance.
Identify key business trends risks and opportunities providing actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
Support the financial planning and forecasting process ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Revenue Management and Operations to drive financial excellence.
Provide regular financial updates including P&L performance and key financial indicators to senior leadership.
Conduct adhoc analysis on sales trends operational efficiencies and cost management to drive datainformed decisions.
Requirements:
510 years of finance experience with a focus on financial planning forecasting and analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and experience model building and handling large data sets.
Advanced Excel skills required; experience with SQL Essbase or Tableau is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive and curious mindset.
Bachelors degree required.
