General Summary/Overview
The Identity Management Business Analyst is responsible for communications and coordination specifications and documentation some testing and services management. This person should have experience with systems web or SharePoint Designer development documentation or knowledge management systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain documentation on access/approval workflows data load and other processing tasks and Enterprise Directory schema.
Requirements gathering solicitation with End Users and facilitate processing of data through the system Coordinate with contractors hired to write extracts and other tasks. Requirement documentation in TFS.
Write functional specifications.
The role will develop test plans scripts and perform testing.
Provide off hours oncall coverage as needed
Assist in auditing tasks to ensure data integrity and other Systems Analyst type tasks.

Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S. in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university required.
5 years of experience in a health IT development or support team required.
Demonstrated commitment and delivery of high quality customer service required.
Experience in gathering requirements creating and maintaining technical documentation and QA/testing.
Prior experience with software lifecycle development systems like Microsoft Team Foundation Server a plus.
