You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDue to the retirement of our SENCO we are seeking to appoint an inspiring highly competent and committed SENCo to become an integral part of our leadership team. You will be an exceptional leader who will join us at an exciting phase. We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and hard working with excellent organisational skills. An experienced SENCO with a proven track record and the NASENCO award would be preferable.
We believe that everyone students and staff alike should have the opportunity to be nourished and grow. On site we have a specialist Communication and Interaction Unit which is line managed by the SENCO. Therefore we are seeking to recruit a proactive and forwardthinking member of staff to enrich the skills and experience already present in our SEND team. We aim to foster an inclusive culture where everyone can learn from each other. You will be confident and diligent. The SENCO is also part of the schools wider SMT. We have 1936 students and in 2023 Ofsted judged us as Good. We have a highly successful specialist Communication and Interaction Unit on site.
