Job Description
- A SECRET security clearance is required.
- Maintain updated Outlook distribution lists on both networks.
- Maintain updated security group lists on both networks.
- Provide assistance in submitting Consolidated Service Desk (CSD) requests for command.
- Reviews and process network account requests for command personnel.
- Provide assistance and recommendations to commands SharePoint portals
- Possess a valid state drivers license.
- Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint (minimum 3 years experience in Microsoft Office programs).
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
- Preferred prior experience in NSW/SOCOM network structure and function.
- Must complete maintain training and certification requirements for network access.
- Preferred working Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 or 2016.
