Job Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Welcome customers understand their automotive needs and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process.
Sales Performance: Proactively generate leads manage followups and work to exceed individual and team sales targets.
Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships built on trust reliability and a commitment to service excellence.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and maintain an organized and professional showroom.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions sales activities and followups.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience preferably in the automotive or dealership industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic targetdriven environment.
A high school diploma is required; additional education or certifications in business marketing or a related field are advantageous.
