What youll do
- Our Food & Beverage Ultimate Leaders will join us for 12 months where they will do 2 rotations for a period of 6 months each.
- During their programme our graduates will have a dedicated mentor from the business to support and guide the start of their career with us.
- Throughout the 12 months our graduates will take part in key leadership training learning about leadership styles feedback personality types and more all to support their development with us.
- We also know what it takes to achieve ambition. Which is why we will invest in you; helping you to push boundaries and strive for more than you ever thought you could achieve.
- You will be responsible for assisting the food service within one of our food and beverage outlets to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
- Youll also have the opportunity to work in different departments experiencing varying styles of service and guest requirements working towards supervisor level
- Our values of Passion Personality Respect Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Food and Beverage Graduate youll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
- You will gain knowledge of all the food and beverage products within your assigned department in order to communicate offerings to our guests
- The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Food and Beverage Graduate but well make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel
What youll bring

- Degree qualified in hospitality management or an equivalent degree preferable however applicants with passion and superb work experience are encouraged to apply!
