We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Youth Worker to provide intensive case management support to young people who are connected with AnglicareSA s Launch 180 Leaving Care Program. As a natural peoples person your role will be to support young people progressing towards independent living achieve their life goals by building strong relationships with them and understanding their aspirations including education employment and assist with future financial stability.
Our programs aim to ensure young people thrive and grow into confident adults as they transition through the care system and into intensively supported accommodation. You will be able to recognise and ensure the cultural identity safety and voice of young people engaged with the program is at the centre of decisions made.
