Job Description

  • 46 years of experience into Accessibility testing.
  • Well versed with the usage of assistive technologies on mobile and web platforms such as NVDA JAWS VoiceOver Talkback etc.
  • Strong Understanding on WCAG 2.1/2.0 guidelines and regionspecific regulations such as ADA AODA DDA etc.
  • Work with Developers Product Owners to understand Accessibility requirements implementation details and to come up with detailed Accessibility test strategies.
  • Proficient in carrying out comprehensive Accessibility testing of Web and Mobile applications including keyboard navigation screen readers and color contrast tools.
  • Ability to debug identify and report the element level accessibility issues using automated scanning tools like AXE WAVE SITEIMPROVE Accessibility Scanner Accessibility Inspector etc.
  • Should be able to conduct accessibility audits on digital products and provide required recommendations using different remediation techniques.

Technicalexpertise

  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS is required. Javascript knowledge would be highly desirable.
  • Knowledge on Web and Mobile automation is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience into Accessibility Automation using any framework.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in Accessibility like IAAP CPACC/WAS/CPWA or Trusted Tester program will be a big plus.
