A partner hospital in Sarasota FL is urgently seeking a FullTime Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate and experienced team. This familyowned clinic is dedicated to providing highquality veterinary care to its patients and they are looking for a veterinarian who shares their passion for animal care and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Care: Perform physical examinations diagnostic tests surgeries (including orthopedic surgeries) and dental procedures.
- Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for animals.
- Client Communication: Educate clients on their animals health treatment options and preventative care.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a supportive team of veterinarians and staff members.
- Professional Growth: Manage a varied caseload while continually learning and developing professionally.
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: DVM/VMD degree from an AVMAaccredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Licensing: Active license in good standing to practice in Florida (or the ability to obtain a license in the state).
- Experience: This position is open to veterinarians of all experience levels. Experience in surgery dentistry and internal medicine is a plus.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability to work both independently and as part of a team and a passion for advancing animal care.
