Job Description
Role Person will be Location Head heading City & reporting to Zone Head. Channel is FPD Financial Product Distribution channel selling multiple financial products with the help of 50100 freelance part time salaried distributors on vendors payroll.
KRA:
- Achieve revenue growth & profitability to upscale the team
- To ensure training and development for team effectiveness
- To effectively manage day to day team administration and operations forsmooth functioning of the team
- To ensure customer management & engagement
Requirements

1.Age Less than 33 yrs.
2.Experience 4 6 Yrs. Of from wealth sales experience background from Wealth Management cos. Banks NBFCs & Broking cos. In wealth management & financial planning .
3.Notice Period Max. 1 2 months
4.Local people from same City preferred
