Description

As the People and Culture Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting UACs people strategy ensuring a seamless employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys recruitment is highly organised and wants to grow in all areas of HR services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Endtoend recruitment managing job ads coordinating interviews liaising with candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding welcoming new employees with engaging inductions and exit processes.
  • First point of contact providing advice in line with policies and escalating as needed.
  • Culture & Wellbeing Initiatives leading events and activities to enhance employee engagement and workplace wellbeing.
  • HR Administration & Compliance maintaining and updating records and systems and ensuring compliance with policies and legislative changes.
  • Project Support contributing to People and Culture initiatives research and data analysis.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a passionate driven and collaborative professional with:

  • Experience in recruitment including job postings interviews and onboarding.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and teamoriented mindset eager to learn and grow within HR.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in HR systems and databases (highly regarded but not essential).
