What You Will Do:
- Enthusiastically engage with guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining as they leave
- Ability to adapt to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and its guests
- Maintain a highlevel of professionalism and community
- Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates
- Use critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations
- Maintain proper phone etiquette and perform reservation callbacks
- Manage reservations and walkins in the reservation system
- Identify investors and restaurant VIPs and notify their server
- Other tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- An excellent service attitude and willingness to go out of your way to accommodate guests
- Experience using booking software a plus (Sevenrooms is a bonus!
- Ability to excel and remain composed in highpressure highintensity environments
- Professional articulate friendly and punctual
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
- Flexible hours are required (must be able to work days nights weekends holidays)
- Confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail
