Job Title: Senior Site Civil Engineer / General Manager
Location: Falmouth ME
About Us: Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional site civil engineering services. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Civil Engineer to lead our Falmouth branch office and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Position Overview: As the Senior Site Civil Engineer / General Manager you will oversee the operations of our Falmouth office manage projects and mentor junior staff. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in site/civil engineering and private development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Falmouth branch office ensuring highquality project delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate site civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Utilize AutoCAD Word Excel digital file management and softwarebased project management tools.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support the professional growth and development of team members.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- 10 years of experience in site/civil engineering with a focus on private development being a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Microsoft Office Suite digital file management and project management software.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to lead and grow both personally and professionally.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $110000 to $130000 commensurate with experience.
