Our M&A Teams (Venture Capital Corporate / M&A Private Equity Real Estate) provide comprehensive advice on complex national and international transactions (acquisitions and exits addon transactions multiseller exits of startups closely linked to the VC team and more). Our clients include small and midcap private equity investors and their portfolio companies.

We are looking for a
Your mission
- Close cooperation with the lawyers and other transaction lawyers in our teams on transactions including the preparation of transactionrelated documents such as powers of attorney and contract annexes
- Carrying out due diligence audits including the preparation of corresponding audit reports
- Process controlling
- If interested: Projects in the field of legal tech

Your profile
- You enjoy working in a teamorientated manner with diligence and accuracy and keep a cool head even in hectic times
- You have a Bachelor or Master of Laws (LL.B LL.M. business law or comparable degree
- You are interested in corporate law
- You have a high level of commitment and initiative as well as quick comprehension skills
- You are reliable and have good time management skills
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
- You enjoy working in a team
