California Baptist University an evangelical Christian university affiliated with the California Southern Baptist Convention invites applications for the open rank faculty position of Clinical Coordinator for the Communication Sciences and Disorders program. Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University and demonstrate a clear understanding of and commitment to excellence in teaching through the integration of the Christian faith. This is a 12month faculty position with administrative responsibilities and a starting date of July 1 2024. The Clinical Coordinator for Communication Sciences and Disorders is an experienced ASHA certified and state licensed speech language pathologist. Qualifications
Qualified applicants will hold a masters degree clinical doctorate and/or research doctoral degree in speechlanguage pathology a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in speechlanguage pathology from the American SpeechLanguageHearing Association and be eligible for licensure in California. The successful candidate will join a collegial and supportive faculty and will be expected to uphold the mission of California Baptist University. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years clinical experience and have supervised student interns. The candidate will also demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical and teaching excellence.
