Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Transformation Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced IT professionals and gain handson experience in a variety of IT related tasks within the Ready Mix Aggregate and/or Asphalt technology streams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project support: creating and maintaining project plans assisting with stakeholder coordination and communication assisting with organizational change management logging risks issues decisions and actions.
- IT Business Analytics: creating business GAP analysis creating business process flow charts building IT/Business functional and nonfunctional requirements documents.
- Technology Implementation Support: assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT) training and onboarding users gathering user feedback and documenting lessons learned.
- Selfimprovement: clearly communicating career goals documenting tasks and experiences weekly checkins with the hiring manager and writing a summary at the end of the internship.
REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing an education in IT or Business Management.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite of applications including Excel Word Outlook Teams Visio MS Planner/Projects and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Selfstarter who can work independently.
- Ability to work well with large teams from all areas of the business.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Additional benefit to have experience with the Ready Mix Concrete industry truck telematics invoicing software time capture and/or integrations with APIs.
Salary range USD 25 per hour
