Job Description
MRI Wausau a division of Angott Search Group is seeking a dedicated Agricultural Lender to join our community bank client in Minnesota. In this role the Ag Lender will develop and manage a portfolio of agricultural loans providing financial solutions to local farmers and agribusinesses. Key responsibilities include assessing loan applications analyzing financial statements conducting field inspections and building strong relationships with clients. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the agricultural community and driving the banks growth.
The qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture Finance Business or related field
- Previous experience in agricultural lending or related banking experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of agricultural industry and financial products
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with banking software and financial analysis tools
- Commitment to community involvement and support of local agriculture
