Position Summary: Manage the daily functions of the Talent Management welcome center andprovide highlevel administrative support to ensure daily department operations are carried outefficiently. The Talent Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the strategic management anrational of talent recruitment acquisition onboarding and retention at TulsaPublic Schools. This position focuses on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of TalentManagement and Human Resources (HR) processes related to staffing orientationand.employee engagement. This position will help to ensure that the district attracts and retainshighquality educators and staff by providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.This role is pivotal in ensuring that the district not only attracts but also nurtures a talentedworkforce dedicated to fostering a positive educational experience for all students in Tulsa. TheTalent Operations Manager will work in a fastpaced dynamic environment within Tulsa PublicSchools collaborating at times with school staff district leaders and community stakeholders tosupport and improve the overall talent strategy. This role will lead and manage special projectsand initiatives for the Talent Management department. Occasional evening or weekend hours
may be required for recruitment events or training sessions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in education business administration project management related
field highly preferred or equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience:
Five 5 years of experience in administrative support including budget and project
management operation/logistics or other related experience within human resources
human capital or personnel administration
Specialized Knowledge Licenses Etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
