Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Researcher. In this position you will assess risks flowing from political and economic developments in the region that are of relevance to Eurasia Groups financial corporate and government clients. You will analyze the drivers of fiscal monetary and investment policies with a particular focus on West and Southern Africa.
Required skills include the ability to conduct indepth research independently provide both clear written assessments and present analysis directly to clients individually and in group settings. You will therefore be a selfstarter have excellent analytical and presentation (oral and written) skills and be capable of producing multiple pieces of research and analysis under tight deadlines. In addition to being able to work independently you will bring collaborative and teamoriented spirt.
You will have a degree in political science economics or other relevant discipline a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience including ontheground in the region. French and Lusophone language skills is a bonus. You must understand the relevance of your research to a broad range of investors and companies.
