We are looking for a Detailer & Lot Attendant to join our team. This hybrid role is responsible for both maintaining the cleanliness of RVs and assisting with lot organization including the safe operation of a forklift to move units. If you enjoy handson work and have an eye for detail this is the job for you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Detailing Responsibilities:
- Clean RVs inside and out including vacuuming shampooing and deodorizing.
- Clean and polish windows dust furniture and clean all flooring.
- Wash interiors apply leather cleaning products and remove & clean floor mats.
- Deep clean appliances and apply stain guard when necessary.
- Identify and report any needed repairs.
Lot Attendant Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move trailers to and from service areas and rearrange units on the lot.
- Park and move RVs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized lot including sweeping and trash removal.
- Secure units against weather conditions and ensure proper setup (e.g. slideouts awnings jacks).
- Conduct fuel and propane checks and refills.
- Check in new units arriving from the factory.
- Assist in staging units for service or customer pickup.
- Run errands for parts or supplies as needed.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience in detailing or a dealership environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate a forklift and/or drive an RV (preferred but not required).
- Selfmotivated with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
