Job Summary:
We areseeking a diligent and organized Custom Support Administrator to join our team.The Custom Logo Support Team comprised of dedicated agents and graphic designartists collaborates to seamlessly process orders from Sales throughProduction and finally Delivery to our valued customers. As a Custom SupportAdministrator you will interface directly with our Sales Team and Vendorsfacilitating order processing and ensuring the prompt delivery of personalizedgolf products to our clientele. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
o Collect logo files fromcustomers request proofs from the Art Team and obtain logo approval fromcustomers.
o Facilitate payment collectionfrom customers.
o Coordinate with vendors toprocure products arrange decoration and organize delivery schedules.
o Address and resolve orderissues promptly by liaising with Customers Sales Team IT Support andProduction Team.
System Operations:
o Utilize GBC Admin Site(Management System) to process all orders efficiently.
o Monitor and track theprogress of vendor orders.
o Maintain detailed records andnotes regarding order progression and communication within the system.
Team Collaboration:
o Foster a positive teamatmosphere and culture.
o Provide support to other departmentsduring peak seasons or based on workload and staffing levels.
Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strongprofessional communication and customer service abilities.
Proficientcomputer operation skills.
Interpersonalskills including selfmotivation multitasking and attention to detail.
Previousexperience with datamanagement software and Microsoft Outlook preferred.

Schedule/Location:
Operational Hours:
o Monday Friday:7am 6pm
o 9hour shift withinthis timeframe with a 1hour lunch
o Limited weekendhours upon request
Workplace Setting:
o Office Seating withassigned workstations (cubicles)
o Limited remote workavailable as needed and subject to Managers Approval
Compensation:
$15/hour
