Job Description

Summary
Brivo is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will play a critical role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospects developing and executing targeted outbound campaigns and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

This position requires a motivated and selfdirected entrylevel professional capable of establishing working relationships across the business and within the target organizations. The responsibilities of the position will balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of the daily operations within areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calling email outreach and social media
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to drive engagement and interest in Brivos products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas of opportunity and improve the overall sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all activities and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Attend trade shows and events to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers

Qualifications

  • 1years of experience in business development account management orsales
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospects
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

The compensation package for this fulltime position includes a base salary of $58000 $72000 OTE). Individual compensation packages are based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location training and market conditions.
