Provide desktop support to Matador employees.
JOB BENEFITS

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
- Enterprise support for Windows/Microsoft environment including direct interaction with end users
- Performs first and second level support for the computing environment including desktop peripherals network wireless networked devices and IP telephones
- Provisions physical access for employees and designated contractors
- Analyzes troubleshoots and maintains computer systems and related hardware
- Makes recommendations for improving our desktop and audiovisual environments
- Performs first and second level support for our audiovisual environment ensuring that rooms and equipment are maintained and functioning properly
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain high level of customer service through professionalism timeliness organizational skills and followthrough
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds while installing computer equipment
- Keep track of hardware inventory/organize asset disposal
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- 3 years recent experience supporting MS Windows in an enterprise environment
- Detail oriented organized and capable of multitasking
- Four 4 year college degree with information technology concentration preferred
