About Us
Jim Winter Auto Group is a family business serving the Jackson Community since 1970. We are Building a NEW FACILITY and tripling the size of our indemand shop. Our Leadership Team will make sure youre staying busy and learning to grow your income and career. Hours are 40 hours most weeks with occasional Saturday shifts planned months in advance. Overtime available as YOU desire.
Responsibilities
- Repair vehicles using shop estimates and manufacturers repair procedures
- Inspect each vehicle for unknown needs and safety concerns
- Inspect vehicles to verify final repair quality
- Communicate verbally and in writing to document diagnoses and repair procedures
- Communicate with shop manager to maximize your efficient workday
Qualifications
- 2 years of Collision Technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent ICar Certifications preferred
- Technical Reading & Analytical skills
- Ability to learn and operate computer measuring equipment
- Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve
- Ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
