We are thrilled to continue collaborating with a luxurious 5star hotel which is part of a prestigious group of hotels and event venues. Located near Cardiff they are looking for a creative Sous Chef to join the team of their buffetstyle restaurant. You will be creating dishes inspired by flavours from around the world.

- 13.54 per hour plus 2000 to 3000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef
- Creating a selection of stunning buffetstyle dishes
- Working as effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently highquality dishes
- Going above and beyond to perfect culinary skills and techniques
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
