Job Overview
Centrix Interiors is currently seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a seniorlevel fulltime position requiring a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring workplace safety and compliance contributing to the overall success and wellbeing of our organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in risk assessment methodologies to identify potential workplace hazards and implement mitigations effectively.
- Strong background in emergency response planning to ensure rapid organized and effective reactions to emergencies.
- Expertise in conducting thorough safety inspections to identify document and correct safety issues within the workplace.
- Proficient in incident investigation to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Indepth knowledge of regulatory compliance to ensure all company processes and procedures align with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Capability in training and development to educate staff on safety practices and protocols.
- Experience in implementing comprehensive safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Skills in developing and overseeing security protocols to protect both physical and informational assets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Develop review and update emergency response plans to handle crises effectively.
