Job Description

Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing Team in Burnaby Toronto or Calgary.

The Customer Marketing function is focused on helping our customers be as successful as they can by getting them to fall in love with our products adopt new features and functions and evangelise the product to others.

Who you are:

We are seeking a strategic Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead the growth and optimization of Clios customer advocacy initiatives. You have a proven track record of creating meaningful customer relationships fostering engagement and amplifying customer voices. With a datadriven and collaborative mindset you develop programs that empower customers to advocate connect and share their experiences in ways that drive impact. This role requires strategic vision creative problemsolving and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation is one of the main components of Clios Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and highperforming culture.

Some highlights of our Total Rewards program include:

The full salary range* for this role is $99900 to $117500 to $135100 CAD.Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
